ELYSEE • PROJECT PLANNING
Different ages. One carefully planned outdoor play area.
For a restaurant, family venue or hospitality property in Kosovo, the starting point is how children and accompanying adults will use the space. Elysee designs and manufactures wooden playground equipment and plans delivery and assembly according to the project.
01
Age groups
Tell us who will use the area. Younger children and older children may need different activities and clearly planned routes between them.
02
Capacity
Share the expected number of children at busy times. The layout should account for queues, circulation and the activities selected.
03
Ground preparation
Photographs and measurements help assess the existing surface, drainage, level changes and access for installation.
From a site sketch to a project proposal
Begin with the usable dimensions and photographs of the site, including entrances and any nearby seating. Mark fixed obstacles and areas that must remain accessible. We can then discuss a suitable combination of play structures, playhouses, swings or other activities. Final equipment selection and spacing must be assessed for the actual site; adding more equipment is not always the best use of a limited area.
A documented project in Drenas, Kosovo
The Drenas project combines a main wooden play structure, a wooden playhouse, two swing units, two seesaws and a zipline. Its brief targeted approximately 2–14 years and around 20–30 children at the same time. These are planning figures for that project, not a capacity or age rating that applies to every product.
Your project checklist
- Project location and type of property
- Usable dimensions, photographs or a measured plan
- Children’s age groups and expected number of users
- Existing ground, slopes and delivery access
- Preferred equipment, budget range and intended opening period
Planning takes account of equipment safety zones and EN 1176 requirements. Product documentation, site conditions and local approval requirements must be assessed for the chosen installation.
Before you request a quotation
Can one project cater for younger and older children?
Yes, a proposal can combine age-appropriate activities. The equipment, arrangement and safety zones must be chosen for the actual age groups and site.
Can we use the Drenas project as a starting point?
It is a useful example of a varied equipment mix. Your own space, budget, ground conditions and delivery access need a separate assessment before selecting a similar layout.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Send the location in Kosovo, usable dimensions, photographs or a plan, expected ages and number of children, and the preferred opening period. Include any known ground works and access constraints.
Let’s plan your outdoor play area
Send the site details through our contact page. Our team in Petrovec, North Macedonia, will use your brief to discuss equipment and the delivery and installation scope.
